Are you looking for a place for some down time after a day of skiing or hiking ? In a warm and convivial atmosphere, the CAVES DU PACCALY rolls out their welcome mat from 5PM TO 2AM every day.

For a drink with friends or simply to warm yourself over a hot chocolate, our staff has only one thought in mind : to make this a memorable experience for you !

Easy to get to, the bar is situated at the center of the mythical village of La Clusaz.
The ‘must’ in a festive pub in La Clusaz, the Caves du Paccaly is THE place for all your rendez-vous, where it simply feels great just to get together.
Whatever the season, there’s always something for everyone !

During the WINTER season, take a well-earned, after ski break in a cozy, musical atmosphere. Evenings, a DJ turns up the heat as you enjoy local hams and sausages, cheeses and other specialities from the surrounding area. Add to that a good beer or a choice wine, and the evening is heaven!

During the SUMMER, take a comfortable seat on the terrace for a drink with family or friends after a day of hiking or mountain biking. Or have an afterwork cocktail with colleagues.

Our barmen propose a large choice of drinks for whatever your taste or budget. From the usual to the unusual, try our special selection of beers and liqueurs as well as the wines and champagne that will surely surprise your taste buds.

& Aficionados will also appreciate our house cocktails from the classical Mojito to a more creative ‘Green Ginger’ (Gin, ginger ale, fresh ginger, cucumber and lime).

Like our cuisine, we make all our cocktails with local quality products.

The Terrace, the focal point of the CAVES

The wooden terrace with its outdoor bar and summer kitchen, La Cozna, is the focal point of the CAVES that will appeal to the young and old alike.
I full view of Mount Beauregard and the Aravis mountain chain, take advantage of the sun right up until sunset while enjoying a plate of tapas or side of beef in a pleasant musical atmosphere.

Calendar

At the CAVES DU PACCALY bar, you can come night after night and always discover something new.

In summer as in winter, we host weekly music. Over the summer at the Paccaly, there’s live music every Sunday from 6pm – 10pm. And in winter, come and listen to our DJ for an evening of fun and festive music after a day on the slopes.

LA CLUSAZ, A TYPICAL SKI RESORT IN THE ALPS OF UPPER SAVOY

At an altitude of 1,040 meters, La Clusaz, a resort for winter as well as summer sports, is ideally situated at the foot of the the Aravis mountain chain in full view of Mont-Blanc.

On skis, with moutain bikes or on foot, this resort offers numerous activities for all seasons. And while you can find a wide variety of pubs, stores, restaurants, a skating rink and movie theater … The village has succeded in preserving a true joy of living and authentic charm for young and old.

« Pacally » is named after the magnificent Paccaly valley nestled at the heart of the Aravis mountain chain in Upper Savoy. You can discover this exceptional region on foot in the summer or in the winter while cross-country skiing.

But in fact, the true origine of Paccaly derives from ‘pascaly’ meaning ‘pastures’ in the Savoyard dialect.
